　　Founded in 1958 and transformed into a private entity in 1996, the company is mainly engaged in the manufacturing of all kinds of gray iron castings, spheroidal graphite castings, non-ferrous metal castings and machining products. 　　Facilitated with perfect technology innovation & quality management systems, and advanced manufacturing equipment & process technologies, the city-level technology R&D center uses “CAXA” for product development & design, and makes an analog control to the casting process with the design software “CASTSoft/CAE”. The company has passed the certificates of ISO9001:2000 and ISO/TS16949 Quality Management System. The adoption of ERP Resource Management System and the Performance and Salary Management System has improved our management in an all round way. All kinds of advanced detection facilities are adopted as well, such as facilities for spectral analysis, mechanical property testing, high-speed chemical analysis, metallographic examination, digital display temperature testing, and molding sand test. In addition, the company also is provided with casting equipments such as electric furnace, core shooting machine, molding machine and a resin sand production line with annual production capacity of 6,000 tons. Other equipments are: precision processing facilities like processing center and digital control lathe, and generic devices like turning, planing, milling, grinding, boring, drilling and reaming.
